About Me

Hey Nourishers, I’m Krystall — the heart behind Nourish with Krystall.
My journey into nutrition began in the most personal way: through becoming a mother. During my breastfeeding journey with my daughter, I quickly realised that in order to nourish her fully, I had to first nourish myself properly. What I ate, how I looked after my body, and how I treated myself directly affected her well-being.As she grew and began her weaning journey, I became deeply intentional about ensuring she had a varied, wholefood diet. I didn’t want her to grow up with the same struggles I had around food, like fussiness and poor habits. To my joy, she thrived — she’s never experienced skin issues, she has a strong immune system, and she’s grown with a healthy relationship to food. That was my first “aha” moment: nutrition is the foundation of health. At the same time, I couldn’t ignore my own challenges.
For years I had battled PCOS, fatigue, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, hormone imbalance, and weight gain. Through exploring nutrition more deeply, I realised that food isn’t just fuel — it’s medicine, it’s healing, and it’s connection. I began to experience real transformation when I started nourishing myself in the way my body truly needed.
This passion led me to formally study Children’s Nutrition, with the goal of helping families give their children the best start in life — preventing issues before they arise. But as I worked with families, it became clear that true change starts with the adults. Parents can only give what they themselves understand and embody. That realisation inspired me to go further, and I trained in Level 5 Nutrition to guide not just children, but adults and families towards lasting health.Today, through Nourish with Krystall, I combine science-backed nutrition with a soulful, embodied approach to eating. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, build a nourishing relationship with food, and discover how this connection becomes the most sustainable path to long-term health and weight balance.
Because when we learn to nourish ourselves fully, we naturally pass that gift on — to our children, our families, and even generations to come.
